Since Pano Logic’s abrupt exit, there are several customers wondering what to do next. HVE ConneXions has created a migration plan that will allow Pano customers to continue to utilize their existing Pano environment and provide a migration plan utilizing VMware View technology for desktop virtualization.
Many Pano customers already have several end user devices deployed which can be reused with the HVE VMware View architecture, but still use the Pano broker. One fundamental issue with Pano was the tethered device vs. the device agnostic approach.
